HEALTH AND WELNESS

Over the past few decades, management theory has evolved from the promotion of competitive work environments to the development of co-operative ones. As part of this evolution, businesses have put an ever-increasing emphasis on team building. The main goal of team building is productivity and employee wellness, whereby employees learn to work together more effectively and able to do their work more efficiently as well as increase employee motivation and commitment.
This creates an environment of which fosters problem solving as well as encourage creativity. Where better than to do this and experience it outdoors.
Achmat Jackson Adventures has developed various programs and initiatives in respect of Team Building and Employee Wellness, which would be unique to your particular industry. No two team building exercises would necessarily be the same. What better way than to do this using our natural resources, such as our hiking trails and mountains at our disposal. Our dedicated team will customise Team Building events, specific to your needs and outcomes, and aligned to your specific industry.
As a result, Achmat Jackson Adventures ensures a committed, motivated, and aligned team within your organisation and as such contributes to Employee Wellness.
